We provide web design, development, SEO, branding, and digital marketing. Project scope, timeline, and fees are defined in proposals or agreements.

Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, content, approvals, and required access on time.

Quotes & Payments

Quotes are time-limited. Work starts after written approval and may require a non-refundable deposit. Extra work beyond scope may cost more.

Refunds & Cancellations
Work already started is generally non-refundable. Cancellation may require payment for completed work.

Intellectual Property
We own source files and tools. After full payment, you get a license to use the final deliverables. We may show work in our portfolio.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid. We are not responsible for indirect losses or third-party tools/services.

Revisions & Support
Limited revisions are included. Ongoing maintenance requires a separate agreement.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, under Gujarat jurisdiction.
